BEDROOMS:  The house has 6 bedrooms total.  2 are master bedrooms with King beds and en-suites.  2 more bedrooms have king-sized beds and a separate bath.  And the last 2 rooms are Disney-themed for the kids: the "Frozen" room has a twin over full bunk-bed, with an additional trundle (sleeps 4), and the "Star Wars" room has (2) twin beds.  All of the bedrooms have flat-screen TVs and sizeable closets.  The house can accommodate a total of 14 people.

BATHROOMS: The house has 5 bathrooms.  The largest master bath has a soaker tub and separate shower.  The 2^nd master bath has a large shower.  The remaining bathrooms all have tub/shower combinations.  1 bath is on the main floor and the other 4 are upstairs.

PRIVATE, SOUTH-FACING POOL AND SPA: The private pool and spa can be accessed from both the living and dining areas.  The pool deck is south-facing, which is fantastic for enjoying lots of gorgeous Florida sunshine all day long!  Pool towels are provided, including smaller quick-dry towels for the kids - so there is less to pack!  Pool/spa heat is available for a modest daily fee.  Enjoy your meals outside, poolside, in your private lanai.  BBQ grills are available for rent as well.

KITCHEN: The kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, plenty of cookware, a coffeemaker, blender, crockpot, and toaster..... and our latest addition, a large 8 qt. Instant Pot pressure cooker to make mealtimes fast and easy!

LIVING AREAS: The house has an open concept living and dining room with flat-screen TV.  Upstairs you will find a separate living area with flat-screen TV, comfy couches, and Wii-U with plenty of games and 4 controllers.  Send the kids upstairs to play while you relax in front of your own movie on the main floor.

GAME ROOM: A special surprise awaits in the garage, which has been transformed into a game room with foosball, a billiards table, and specialty murals on the walls.

LAUNDRY: The house is equipped with a full-size washer and dryer so you can do laundry if needed.

EXTRA ITEMS FOR FAMILIES WITH KIDS: We have provided a baby monitor, 2 pack 'n plays (with sheets), high chair, booster seat, stroller, and a wagon for easy carting of pool items to the clubhouse pool.  All of these additions make it easier to travel with the little ones!
